Not what I expectedThe color was great but it didn't cover all my gray at the roots, after following all instructions. I have stains on my face, arms, and bathtub that I cannot get out. I know the skin stains will come out, but I have a special finish on my tub and I can't use bleach. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |
The Fumes!I will say this color is great, the packaging is beautiful but the fumes are toxic. I was coughing and wheezing through most of the process. I would highly recommend putting in the instructions to make sure to be in a well ventilated area. Color was WAY DARKER than I expectedI expected a dark blonde but got a medium to darker brown. Not happy. Sent in a request for help changing color but have gotten no response. I really wanted to like this kit. Was easy to do, had great instructions, good products, just WRONG COLOR.
