Won’t be purchasing againI ordered this dye to specifically make my hair less orange/bronzed and it did the exact opposite. I even put in the specific instructions that that was my goal. Won’t wash out.Been using this product since April. In the last couple orders it feel like I haven’t been able to get it out of my hair! It looks super greasy and feels gross. I have been dying my own hair for 10+ years and have never had this issue before. Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them. Two-tones.So I tried esalon for the first time & am not overjoyed with the results. The color for my roots is a totally different color from the rest. The 2nd color is a bright red but the 1st (roots) is more of a brown. So, my overall color is Two-tone. Hair lossI've been using this product for years and I'm now convinced that it's the root to my damaged hair and hair loss. My hair is literally falling out in chunks from the damage. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
