Resultado no esperadoBuenas noches bueno solo quiero decir que no quede satisfecha con el pedido, no encontré una solución la colorista no entendió lo que quería. yo no pedi Color solo para raíces y el resto de cabello que! Me equivoqué en decir que confiaba en ustedes no es el color que deseo, no entiendo porq enviaron un color castaño claro Violeta Intenso el color mío es un rubio. No pienso en absoluto aplicarme este color. La verdad no esperaba un resultado tan malo. Gracias. Psdta: No le hagan ese daño a las personas me siento muy molesta y confundida este tinte se irá al bote de la basura. I love the formula, but....I have thick hair and found that this wasn’t enough for me to coat my whole head. The color was exactly what I asked and I love it! NOT SATISFIEDHair looks horrible! Gray roots 10 times lighter than rest of hair. Followed directions start to finish. The color of my roots is pinkish while the rest is the correct color I am looking for. It is eggplant color. I'm not at all happy with it. My 50th Class Reunion is in less than 3 weeks. WaxinesI've been using this product for long enough now that I know the results are always waxy! I used redkin color gels before and never had this problem. The last time I washed, I am not exaggerating that I had to wash a dozen times (including using baking soda to absorb oils) to get the awful greasy feeling out of my hair and it still was not working. Now my grays are back and I am not technically due for a color for weeks. I have stuck with it and followed instructions to give this the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not happy.
