Hair feels horribleI really do not like how my hair feels after using the product. I issued the shampoo and conditioner supplied and it just feels awful. It almost feels like damaged hair and it dried dry and like their is product still on it. I have used home dyes before so know how to completely remove all trace of dye. The colour is a little brassy at the roots which has also disappointed me as especially mentioned that I needed to avoid that so deliberately chose an Ash colour. Same colorI wanted a lighter color than I had, but when I finished, it was literally the same color as my hair, and I followed the color/step by step set-up. Hated itI hate the color it turned my hair a very very bright orange. I had to wear a wig for two weeks until i could go to my hair stylist to put a rinse on my hair to tone it down. What happened to the shampoo?I colored my hair as normal but noticed that the shampoo didn’t lather as normal. 🤷🏻♀️ When I dried my hair, I realized that the shampoo did really clean my hair. colour not what I ordered/expectedHair came out much darker than I wanted. Went to the trouble of lightening in a salon (at significant cost) only to have it undone by a bad colour formula.
