Both bottles sent with your first shipment were meant to be used in the same application per your instructions. Bottle 1 was for your Roots as indicated, and Bottle 2 (Custom Ends Refresher) was for the previously dyed parts of your hair. We would expect hot roots to result from using your ends bottle on your roots. Please keep an eye on your email. We will be reaching out shortly to help resolve this for you. |

Film covering my hairIt took about 30-45 minutes to wash this out of my hair. After I was done, my hair felt crunchy towards the ends and very greasy (like a film) all over the rest of my head. I have washed my hair 4 times in the last 24 hours to make my hair feel like normal hair. I finally fixed it with DAWN DISHSOAP! Every other shampoo did nothing. After all of this, my hair is the exact same color! I followed directions and followed the How to videos. won't try itI refuse to use this as nothing comes showing you what color you might expect so I am not going to even try it.
