A miss for meI used the light set along with a fall adjustment color this month and it was a miss for me. I have used your salon for quite a while and I expected much more than I received. Also... the pricing for the light set is considerably higher than it should be. The misses: Not enough color to do a full head of hair for a seasonal color adjustment. The light set needs to provide more detailed instructions and a better way to separate the pieces of hair that the light set was intended to be applied. Balayage for home colorists is not easy..... Turned my brown hair redThe color turned my brown/dark blonde hair red. Bright red. I contacted customer service requesting to mitigate this asap and was told that my colorist would adjust my next order and if I wanted it sooner, I should change the delivery date.
