DisappointedThe light auburn color is bland with no vibrancy or life and EVERY time I color, for the next 2 days I have a HORRIBLE buildup on my hair. It feels like product is still in it. I have tried extensive rinses and washes during coloring but it simply is there every time. When I color, I cannot plan to go anywhere for 2 days because my hair is barely comb-able and looks awful like it is greasy. I have used for 3 applications... that is enough to know it is not a good fit for me. (Too bad because I love the convenience - but do hate that I can't simply order 3 bottles each time. what went wrongI was nervous to see so much brown on the formula chart for my roots and none on the ends formula. Followed directions to a T. The roots came out a dark cherry brown which is the one color I do not like. The ends bottle lightened and colored a little bit but didnt hold very well. Maybe less brown would have worked or not doing the full 15 minutes. For a second time, I dont know what to do. This is upsetting. 8 di 10 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. MediocreI was really looking forward to this, but I found I have a better result with dyes that I can buy from a supermarket as the colour was not quite right. This left me with slightly hot roots.
