Terrible color, way too darkI've heard a lot of great things about esalon, so I decided to try it for myself. I loved the ordering process and how smoothly everything went, however I chose the color medium brown golden copper for my already medium brown hair, and my hair is now DARK brown and has nothing even close to a golden copper hue. It looks terrible. At this point, I don't even know what to do with my hair. Hated itI have been dying my hair with boxed die from walmart for years!! I thought i would give this a try and it may be a little better for my hair. I was wrong!! My hair felt like i couldnt get the die out, it was so gressy and unbrushable. I thought well maybe it was a bad box and ill try it again. I did it the night before a wedding i was going to, lets j say i couldnt brush my hair or stlye it for days later because it made my hair so greasy! I hated it!! ColorThe color covers the gray nicely. I wish that the color was thicker and not so runny. That would make self application easier and less messy. There needs to be more conditioner included with purchase. I condition my hair twice, once with your product and once with mine.
