No shine, no coverageThe color did not cover my grays. There was no vibrancy at all! No color! Wgat was this all about anyway? I literally do not even know what was it that this complex did. The Straw TestJust this morning, I followed the hair coloring directions to the letter. I have wavy/curly hair and don't use a dryer or any other heat producing device on it. After my hair air-dried, which is what it does daily, it felt like sticky straw. I re-rinsed and applied my conditioner which is meant for wavy / curly hair. After it dried, it felt like dry straw. Basically, I'm pretty certain this product stripped my hair of every bit of natural moisture it had. I look horrible and need to figure out what to do. Does not cover grey hairLove the colour but did not last 1 wash! Grey hairs on roots are back. So disappointed. Colour match is perfect and product easy to use but just doesn't work. ruined my hairI used your products and I followed the instructions to the letter and the color is nice but it left my hair with a SUPER GREASY feeling and I have washed my hair numerous times but cannot get rid of the feeling and the residue it leaves in my hands, brushes, and combs. FadesCan only see purple in sun or under light. Looks brown in pics. When grey comes in, purple really fades. It also resorts back to my underlying brown. Which is odd. Brown lasts over grey. Purple over brown gets back to brown. Dilemma? Maybe a bit more purple? How can it be less fading? I do not want to look like I'm going to a Marilyn Manson concert. I'm 64.
