Kind and effectiveI really liked using my custom colour set. The colour was customised for me by my colourist, and it was spot on! The product itself is very effective on my hair yet, gentle. The shampoo and conditioner supplied with my set left my hair cleansed and smooth. It 110% Worked for me and the instructions are great. Easy to follow and fool proof. It made colouring my hair a pleasure! Everything is thought of in great detail right down to the satin cover to prevent staining of your skin while colouring your hair. Love at first sightI have bleached my hair since I was 11 years old. Now, in my sixties,it was frying my hair. Your colorist chose a much better color,and for the first time in 2 years it came out with no damage. WonderfulSince lockdown I cannot go to Canada to my beloved hairdresser. He gave me my formula which you created so well, and I gained confidence coloring my own hair with your excellent videos. I find that when coloring the back, I tug the slice of hair a little to feel exactly where it is. Grüezi aus der Schweiz,ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Coloration,Julia hat das sehr gut gemacht.Meine Haar war grau und struppig,nun fühlt es sich sehr gut an,werde es beobachten und hoffe es bleibt so schön. Das einzige was mich etwas stört ist der etwas orange Stich,aber nicht weiter schlimm evt,weiss Julia Rat.. perfektIch habe die Haarfarbe sehr sehr gut vertragen. Normalerweise verbrenne ich mir immer die Kopfhaut. Und die Farbe ist genau stimmig. Perfekt.
