Love it!I thought it might take a few tries to get the right color but the first order was perfect! It's been several months of use now and I'm still a fan. I love the great directions and available support and video ideas. I also appreciate that the color doesn't come off on my towels after applying the color and shampoo the first time or subsequent washings. Great color and so easy to applyI was so nervous about coloring my hair for the first time because I didn't want to lose my natural red highlights, but desperately needed to start covering my grays... the hardest part was actually getting myself to go through with it! Once I did I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was, then even *more* pleasantly surprised by how good it looked! Amazing ColourAbsolutely loved it, I am on my 3rd application, I wanted to wait a bit before writing my review. I have curly dark hair and I am now getting my first grey hair and the customize colour does the work, it covers my few grey hair well and also give a beautiful purple highlight to my hair.
