Last Color Order Not Up To ParI received my latest order on August 13, 2021 and colored the next day. It was the first order, as a long time customer, that I received and have been very unhappy with. I didn't request a change in my color, but when I completed the coloring process, my hair was drab and just plain blah. There were no color dimensions in my hair (highlights and lowlights) as there usually are. I am very disappointed. I don't know if I want to proceed with my automatic color orders. Aucune différence...Toute contente j'ouvre mon colis, déjà bon de la coloration a couler dans la boîte... Je me lance, suit toute les consignes... Ça pique beaucoup... Au rinçage je perds une poignée de cheveux... Bon...ok.... Et résultats... Bha pas de différence si ce n'est un léger reflex roux au soleil et encore... A Bit DisappointedMy hair was colored to exact specifications given by eSalon, but the gray was not covered completely and just days after the treatment, silvery threads emerged. These were mostly at my temple and front hairline; the other roots took the coverage well. The overall color was also too dark. It has lightened up a bit, but it still does not have the subtle gradiations I was hoping for. My hair feels good, though, and I love the shampoo/conditioner accompanying the purchase.
