No gray coverage, not 100% satisfied with color resultI wanted to love this and followed the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, I got NO gray coverage with my formula and what was supposed to be a cool neutral blonde, was very warm and a bit brassy. Rude emailWhen I complained about the color I received they told me theycouldn't lighten my hair as they didn't have the right product. IWrong ProductThis was the wrong color for me after a couple of days my hair was dry after I use natural products make it manageable.
