couleur pas assez blondla couleur n'est pas ce que j'escomptais ; je voulais des mèches dorées .De plus beaucoup trop de délai entre le moment de la commande et la livraison . Celle-ci a été passée le 31/03 , expédiée le 13/04 pour être livrée le 27/04. Ce n'est pas un problème suite aux fortes demandes dû au covid car une amie qui a commandé( grâce à mon conseil) , beaucoup de jours après moi a reçu sa commande hier comme moi. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Un peu déçue...Bonjour, J'ai fait la couleur reçue,assez tard. Ceci dit, je pensais avoir la teinte que je désirais, mais celle ci est beaucoup trop marron, j'aurais préféré qu'elle soit un peu plus cuivré, voir légèrement rouge...je me contenterais de celle là pour le moment... 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Easy to apply but colour wasn't what I asked for....The process of applying was a breeze and the kit contains everything you need to colour your hair. Sadly I asked for a cool/neutral shade of brown with no red or golden tones. The result is extremely red/golden so it's not what I asked for. My hair feels pretty healthy and the colour is vibrant but it's much warmer than I asked for. Did not Cover Gray roots at all!I was excited to try this custom hair color at home since not being able to get to my hairdresser. Product arrived with easy to follow directions, but the gray coverage was terrible, did not cover at all. Not customized, roots onlyI was sent a kit for roots only. I need color for all of my hair as it is usually medium brown and I color it copper/red. Most of the red has faded. I was sent a "custom" medium brown that is apparently not red at all. I'm not willing to try and ruin my hair. I was never able to get in touch with a stylist and finding a way to return/get your money back is confusing and time consuming. No thanks. Update: I was sent a form email response telling me to do a strand test, even when my feedback was that I do not have enough color and do not want brown in my color (the color wheel in the instructions provided shows WAY more brown than I wanted). My request for a refund has been ignored. Hair colorI want to give this more stars! I plan to continue using this hate color system but I still haven't found the right color. So it's frustrating. Gray coverageI was disappointed in the coverage...
