Bin soooo happyBin nun seit 2021 Kundin. Habe wegen früh ergrautem Haar schon in jungen Jahren färben müssen und somit entsprechend große Erfahrungen, was Haarfarben angeht. Habe bis auf wenige Ausnahmen beim Friseur (mit schlechter Erfahrung) immer selbst gefärbt und war eigentlich ständig auf der Suche nach "DER" Haarfarbe. Erst hier fand ich sie dann ! Nachdem ich ein Foto mit meiner Lieblingsfarbe verschickt habe, wurde mir "meine" Farbe angemischt und es brauchte nur eine einmalige Änderung, um zum Traumergebnis zu kommen, dem ich bis heute treu geblieben bin. Bin super zufrieden, meine Haare sind gesund und die Grauabdeckung ist wirklich toll, vor allem im Gegensatz zu .Drogerieware. First time :successFirst time I ordered your product I needed to colour my roots after having had my colour & highlights at my hairdresser after 2 weeks! Cannot go every 2 weeks therefore gave a go at your products went to your website & follow the instructions (description if my hair needs photo etc After a couple of weeks received your products :open the box read the instructions closed the box ! I was nervous w”what if it messes my hair lots of negative thoughts A week later needed my roots to look impeccable so I tried. I was amazed by the results it really looks like it was done professionally. I used only half the tint product hopefully I will use the balance when I need it next. Juste superbeJ’avais fait une couleur de supermarché et le gros flop horrible. J’ai commandé ma couleur sur mesure avec a vrai dire un doute car J’avais plusieurs nuances sur la tête et bien qu'elle SURPRISE la couleur est juste SUPER et tellement naturelle. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Next level home colorThis was my first order with esalon. I had spoken to one of their colorist prior so I was confident that it would come out correct. I am shooting for a dark copper, however my current color was more burgundy. I followed the directions that were in my new well stocked kit, however the color was still in the burgundy family. The color is still beautiful just not on the wheel of what I wanted. I'm sure it will take a couple more treatments to get where I want to be, but I will say it covered my silver roots perfectly. Bin immer noch sehr zufriedenSeit 2024 bin ich Kunde und immer noch sehr zufrieden. Meine Haare glänzen und sind super gesund. Kein Gestank mehr nach dem färben, nur super weiche Haare. NAILED IT!! TWICE!!I'm a natural redhead - well I used to be before the gray started. At any rate, it's not a typical red, but more of a copper/gold and it's been nearly impossible the last few years to find a stylist to get it right (my previous stylist retired). I tried an older formula (Wella) and it didn't color the gray well. I had tried eSalon once previously during Covid I think - decided to go back and see if they could fix this mess (another stylist left me with damage and hot roots). Mindy, my colorist, sent me my customized kit and NAILED IT! Absolutely PERFECT! Thank you so much! Highly recommend. UPDATED: Needed to change my color as it seemed my hair was grabbing color a little weird, so gave Mindy new photos. More strawberry blonde this time.
