Issue with this hair colorThis is my third auto ship and had issue with this particular color not covering my grays. I never had this issue before. Instructions followed not sure what the issue is. Finally the color I've been wanting!My stylist was very patient with me as this was my 3rd formulation since starting with eSalon. I used to use a very similar color from a different company, but then that color was discontinued. Great outcome!The e salon stylists corresponded with me about several questions I had about the process.
