Finally found the color that I've been looking for yearseSalon and Heather thank you so much for such a customized experience and for helping me find my desired color. Honestly, I've been trying to match this color for years... spent lots of money and went to different hair saloons but no one couldn't get it. latest shipmentwas not happy - formula chunky and would not mix at all -had to cut bottle for mix to come thru - coloring my hair with 2 different shades from bottle - was at room temp - shook bottle til i couldnt shake anymore - was like it was an old mix - was always happy before this - not so much now 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
