Very disappointedAfter following ALL the instructions, I was ready to rinse. Filled bottle with water, and rinsed my hair till water was clear. …I then noticed that the bottle was STILL 2/3 FULL of THE HAIRCOLOR MIX?? Color not lasting as longSo I have been with u all for awhile n I have been noticing a problem with the color fading a lot faster then it used too. Nothing on my end has changed n it's getting disappointing that prices are going up but quality is going down. Awesome customer serviceAwesome customer service. I was very happy with the Customer Service I was even happier with the hair color. Great Color & long lastingI have been a customer since 2016. I always love my color & it is long lasting. I think what also helps the color last is the tint rinse.
