Didn't cover my graysThis is the second time I try this product. The first time, I followed the directions and my hair didn't pick up the color with one use so I did it twice since I had product left over and then my hair took up the dye. The same thing happened this second time around, none of my grays picked up the color so I have uneven color throughout. Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Easy to use, beautiful custom color that lasts and great gray coverageThis process was fun and easy. The product was delivered quickly and had all the included items. I have colored my hair myself many times in the past, so coloring my hair was also easy. The smell was nice. The color came out fantastic. While it has been growing out my gray hairs are blending in perfectly.
