Color not close to color chosenThe color I chose was supposed to be the result of what it would look like from my natural hair color. My hair came out a bright fake looking red at the roots and darker on the bottom. The color I chose said the makeup of color was only a small amount of red and was supposed to give me an auburn undertone. Unfortunately this didn't happen. I did email customer service and was told I could get a credit and try with. another color but I don't feel comfortable with that as they couldn't get it right the first time. Beste Haarfarbe für zu HauseDer Geruch der Farbe beim auftragen ist sehr angenehm. Ändern des Farbtons ist unkompliziert und die Vorschläge die man bekommt haben mir immer gefallen.
