Love this product!!I’ve always had my hair professionally coloured but decided to stop fighting my natural red tones and work with it. I sent In pictures of my before hair colour & described what I wanted to achieve. Love the way the colour comes in a gorgeous little package & the instructions are super easy to follow! Didn't last very longI didn't like it because after just 2 weeks my roots were already showing! I don't wash my hair very often, I used the tint wash and just still wasn't happy so I didn't want to spend anymore money on dye that does not last. I followed the directions to the T and still disappointed. I had high hopes from the reviews I read and videos I've seen. Simply not happy 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Love the shade, but…I really like the shade of the colour made for me, but i still got a “ hot roots” effect, after following directions to the T….. not sure why that is. I’ll give it a one more try, so we’ll see- i would really want it to work, because it’s so convenient and easy to use and the shades are lovely. Updated: after a few tries still had "hot roots" persisting, now I am evaluating if I really am going to try it anymore. Second, even though the overall shade was great ("Holywood red") it washed off very quickly, It might be the end of the road for me. I also see other users commenting on the color washing very quickly after the formula change, so it's not just the shade I had. I'm obsessed!I dont usually leave reviews but I actually can't get over the quality! My hair feels and looks insane the shine is unreall!! I wouldn't go anywhere else now I am a customer for life I was not expecting these kind of results it is literally like salon quality and to be able to do it myself and at home is crazy! I love everything about this product and I'm excited to try new colours and to have some one to talk to and go through my options is amazing!! Best !!Best company!!Having my hair color sent to me automatically is the best service ever!! They work with you to come up with the exact color you like. Shade updateWent from light blond to medium as I was getting too light on top. Love the new shade. Looks like I have all over highlights yet the colour is not a lot darker- very subtle.
