I can also confirm you were refunded for the rush processing fee that you paid! Rush Processing is an in-house service that fast tracks the processing of your order. It does not upgrade your shipping method. Normal processing times take 2-3 business days while rush takes on average 1 business day. We are currently unable to offer priority shipping to our international clients at this time. We hope that you enjoy your hair color and we look forward to hearing your feedback! |

Très bien mais...j'ai enfin fais ma couleur ce matin, il était temps lol La couleur est très bien ! Mais je ne me suis pas servie du kit racine car je trouve que c'est trop compliqué à faire toute seule. Je m'en servirais pour la prochaine fois. Si j'y arrive tant mieux, sinon je le préciserais pour la prochaine fois, donc oui j'ai plus que l'intention de repasser une commande car c'est vraiment génial et merci !!!!! Merci pour la couleur, j'avoue que j'ai eu un "peu" peur du résultat mais finalement c'est très bien merci Alicia La couleur est parti au bout d’une semaine en me faisant deux shampooing, j’espère que vous comprendrez ma colère et mon dégoût😡🤬je trouve que ça fait cher la couleur pour le avant après il suffit de regarder les photos que j’ai mise. A bit too darkI had colored the "gray roots" as instructed. Then pulled color thru to the roots. Used gloss first. Came out VERY DARK BROWN. then as the days went by the color on the top is a few shades LIGHTER. I am about to highlight it to salvage the darkness to light.Not real happy.
