OMGOSH 10 years and no moreI have been using exclusively for 10 years and loved, loved loved my color. I thought I was losing my mind until JUST NOW. I am stopping my membership immediately. The color is different and does not last through 3-4 shampoos with gentle shampoo, no sun, no styling tools. I read today other customers are experiencing the same issues. PERFECTION!My experience with eSalon was wonderful from start to finish. My kit arrived faster than expected, and included steps for a pre-treatment (at no extra charge). eSalon sent me the product needed to fill my previously lightened and porous hair, so that my new/darker color would go on evenly. Soft hairLot's of compliments on the color. I had to adjust the color several times to create the color I wished. Each time the color was lovely. The colorists were great and it was a personalized set created just for me. My hair is soft!
