Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company. Great and easy color!My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect. My hair feels great and each colorist gave me great tips and worked to give me the exact color I was expecting. Great ProductI normally go to a salon once a month. With all that is going on these days, the salon is no longer an option. This product matches exactly to salon products of the past.
