Exactly what it saysI was very impressed! it was very simple to use, the instructions were very easy to read. If you're a person that is used to doing your hair color at home.. this fits right into your busy schedule. The color came out very evenly and shiny. love the process!!!!I love the instructions they were so detailed I was able to apply my product with complete ease!!! My only critique is actually aimed at myself because I wish I hade gone a little red. My ColorEven without a photo, you managed to "nail it" on the color you sent. I looked exactly like the previous color I was using, but it seems so much easier and richer and it has NOT faded yet. I am very pleased at how it covers the grey at the hairline. Those never seemed to get good color and began to show within 2 weeks. They are not grey yet and I am very happy about that!
