New to color at home!Hi there, This was my third time using color with e salon. I like it, although it doesn't seem to be as as red as it has in the past. I do like this particular color, but would like to figure out a way for it be a little more red or auburn or chestnut. Not sure which word to use...but the product is great and easy to use! My boyfriend has been helping me since we started doing this at home and he's getting really good and a lot faster at it!! I am definitely going to keep using the product! Great consultant - great product!!So, my hair care hero during COVID (my hubby) recently retired his services just before my third treatment / coloring. I reached out to one of your color care consultant and she was phenomenal! She gave me both courage and recommended a tweak of my color, adding up to a great third coloring without him! Easy peasyBecause of the pandemic, I have not been to the salon. Thought I would give this a try. Easier than I thought and waaaaay cheaper. Love the coverage and how long the color has lasted. It was a bit too dark but I emailed and I was informed the color has been adjusted for my next shipment. I was confused by the two bottles and got an email weeks after I received my coloring, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Good Product, good serviceI like this color better than any color I have ever had. I have never colored my own hair before. Always had it done in a salon. I like this color better. Color came out great!This new color kit came with a correction I made to my last order. My color was beautiful and my hair was so soft! It's so convenient getting my custom color through the mail and eSalon made it easy to make changes.
