Beautiful colorMy review is really a 3.7. The white is shining through everywhere on my roots. It looks so much better than it did before and the effect looks natural enough. Very UpsetI am really upset with my first kit it has ruined my hair colour. I went through the process selecting images that best matched but also provide 3 personal photos of my current hair which I just needed root touch up to match. I Now have a awful, auburn( almost brown root) and VERY red ends. At no stage did I say I wanted a red hair tone. I wanted to keep my very copper/ginger hair which I loved. I now have no idea how I am going to correct this without excessive damage to my hair and expense at salons. I have added 3 after photos since using your kit and you can see how badly it has changed my hair from what it was. PERFECT colorI was uncertain ordering a "cool" shade, I did NOT want a greyed out ashy look, but my complexion runs cooler so I thought I'd give it a shot. The color was actually gorgeous! A perfect cooler rich chocolate brown, perfect for fall and winter. Application was easy, if you've ever dyed your hair at home this technique is no different, but the materials are much better than your usual drugstore box dye set. My only gripe would be the excessive packaging for everything, it does look rather posh but I'd personally rather have less garbage than pretty boxes.
