Color washes off every shampooI like that it’s personalized, no strong smell and I like the color as well but color washes off everytime I shampoo my hair. Not satisfiedI’ve used Esalon for years. Was always satisfied until last 2 colorings . Turned my hair on top orange color. I messaged Esalon and was told a colorist would call me. Nobody ever called. Esalon sent me a third color of the same for free that has not been adjusted. I’m cancelling my subscription.
