Great Product - Does not damage hair!This is easy to use (even for a clutz like me). The color was darker than I wanted but customer service is great and is recalibrating the color for next time. My hair is soft and vibrant. It was dull and limp before I tried this. I was very nervous but it is great. Super first experience!Perfect root coloring. Easy application. Easy directions. I want my total all over color to be one shade lighter, keeping roots at this formulation. So disappointedAfter using this product my hair turns brown! I tried using other brand black dye to cover the brown patches but It doesn’t work!.. CatastropheCouleur à l'arrivée : ORANGE ! Couleur d'origine blond foncé avec des mèches blonds clairs, j'ai appliquée le coloration proposée en suivant strictement le protocole mais résultat totalement différent de celui prévu. Quality EVERY time!I love eSalon. I’ve been using eSalon for years now. When I find a product with absolute certainty of results, ease of application and outstanding consistent results I am loyal to eSalon. That it’s delivered on time to my door, well, it can’t get better than this. For those who like to ‘change things up’, if done in time, eSalon has that flexibility as well! The cost is reasonable especially when one compares it to a brick and mortar Salon colorist.
