Color doesn't last like it used to.I colored my hair in the past and was actually shocked that it lasted just about 3 months until my next order came in. Now I use it and last 3 weeks maybe not even a month. For that I can buy the cheap stuff and get a good color that covers all my Grey's except doesn't last. If not mistaken cause it's been awhile since I've been using esalon but I could swear the store hair dyes lasted longer then 3 weeks and are under $10.00. 312 di 318 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Couleur rougeJolie couleur plutôt facile à appliquer Le coffret et les explications sont claires et agréables Toutefois la coloration rouge ne tient pas du tout sur mes cheveux et est complètement partie au bout d’à peine deux semaines…. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |
Most Natural Look!So impressed by the color I was sent. It matches my own color so well and made my hair healthier than it was before. My grey on my temples was not completely covered, but that may be because I’ve not colored it in almost ten years. I’ll be more attentive next application. ProblemI used the kit Saturday, October 8th. On Thursday, October 14th I had to go to the salon and have her re-color my hair because it took 2 days and my gray were already showing again as you can see by my photos. So dissapointed! Looked everywhere to try and find a way to email and ask for a refund. The fine print says you can, but doesn't explain how or what to do. 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Attention au temps de pose.La couleur a bien recouvert les cheveux blanc grâce au pinceau qui est intéressant à utiliser. En revanche elle est trop foncée, j'aurais aimé un reflet rouge plus prononcé. Attention au temps de pose car j'ai perdu beaucoup de cheveux au moment du rinçage! Et j'ai dû les nourrir à l'huile d'argan après pendant plusieurs jours, tellement ils étaient paille ! Je mets 3 étoiles.
