Color is good but my whites are still thereI followed all the instructions, however my whites are still very much there. Some had darkened a little bit (brownish) but I could clearly see whites/grey hair. The shampoo and conditioner were very good though as it left my hair feeling silky smooth. Eine positive ÜberraschungIch war zuerst skeptisch, wurde jedoch wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Farbe ließ sich sehr gut auftragen, die Haare fühlen sich sehr weich jedoch nicht erschlagen an. Not as I ExpectedI usually love my hair color; however, this time not so much. I requested a deeper reddish/brown but it came out much more brown with very little red. The color was not as vibrant as I usually get from my order. Also, I requested more gray coverage but got even less. The color faded much faster as well. I have always been happy but was disappointed with the outcome this shipment. I have requested a color adjustment, more gray coverage, and a longer-lasting result.
