Excellent hair colour productsI'm really pleased with the individual customized hair colour. It's just what I wanted and it is shipped very quickly. I get my hairdresser who comes to the house to apply it for me, there is no skin or scalp irritation and it's very easy to use. I like being able to change the colour and get advice as to whether what I choose would suit me. It's also very convenient to be able to choose the shipping date easily. My First Time Out of the SalonMy order arrived yesterday. When I opened the box, I was impressed by the presentation - personalized & professional. I did my hair this morning. It was a bit scary, having never attempted any hair coloring before, by myself. It turned out great! The color match to the picture I sent was spot on! Excellent gray coverage too. Orange hair isn't my color!Tried the first color, Dark brown with gold highlights, the touch up spray turned my roots orange! Decided to request a darker color change for the next order. I'm legally blind, couldn't find the color chart so I called Customer Support for help with that but after holding for forty minutes, none were available. I changed my next order for a Darker brown, not with gold, just Darker. My next box arrives with the same order but with a darker color, this is not what I wanted! I called Customer Support, the colorist was argumentative with me, saying I didn't request an actual change, but the Colorist via email did not request further information from me to clarify the problem.
