Didn't cover any grays, color washed down the drain.I've been satisfied with previous custom color sets I've received, but recently the quality has dropped substantially. I followed the instructions carefully, per usual, and the dye didn't cover any of my grays, and all the purple washed down the drain. Perfect!This is my third set now, and love my custom colour. I was a bit too cautious with my first colour, but after giving feedback to the team my formula was tweaked & now it’s perfect.
