Perfect color!Requested help with toning down my brassiness in my hair. Because my hair to lighten in the summer and tends toward brassy blond. Received the best color ever! Darker than expectedI was expecting the color to be lighter than it was. My colorist has been amazing and worked with me right away to have this corrected on my next order so its the color i was looking for. My first & second shippment was the perfect color.The color are fantastic, but for some reason my last order contains much red in it. I was disappointed after the coloring. I am to sick to report this matter at present. i had major back surgery. Please do not change my formula. Thank you. Did not cover gray color fades out in 3 weeksSo much for the professional color matching. It only last for 3 weeks.
