Lets hopeI loved the Frist color then but wanted it a little bit different it was easy to charge my new color for my upcoming box and is loved the color then on my newest box its the Frist color again. Really beautiful hair colour and qualityI have been using for few months. I have naturally light brown hair with greys particularly around the temples which are so stubborn to colour! I received great advice from Jessika who put in my personal instructions to leave it on longer than I had previously. The results are honestly really good. Completely covered my greys and they are still covered some weeks on. My hair looks healthy and shiny and if you are in any doubt to spend less and buy from a shop off the shelf, don’t! LOVE!! (✿◠‿◠)I had received my first box just before Covid struck, and I was going to get my hair cut first before dyeing my hair. Unfortunately that never happened when the first box arrived. I hung on to it until this past week. (Over a year!!). I thought what the hell, got my hair cut (finally!), and did the color. I love it!! excellent !!! absolutely!!!!Somehow, As a 54yr old Male I still have loads of long hair. But I'm not doing gray hair. Not in this life. What the hell?I’ve been getting color here for a while and had no issues. My hair has grown a lot so I added an extra bottle to my order and instead of blonde my hair came out bright red. I was in tears. My roots are blonde and my ends are bright red and all I can do is pray it will fade back. I can’t believe this. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Be careful which colour you choose!While there is lots to like about the colour set - it is quite straightforward to use, the instructions are clear, and it's helpful to have things like the gloves and stain remover etc, unfortunately the colour is not what I wanted. I opted for 'light brown' and it came out quite dark, with lots of red tones. It is the first time I have used home hair dye, but I have had my hair coloured in an inexpensive salon a couple of times (four years ago), with similarly annoying results! So I think it's as good/bad as the salon experience I had in the past, but a bit frustrating as had mentioned in my initial enquiry/order that I wanted to avoid going too dark/red; I just wanted to cover my greys, not change my hair colour. The 'custom colourist' doesn't seem to have taken this into account. I even bought the 'soft red neutraliser' toning treatment, but it doesn't seem to have worked either.
