Something happened to the color this monthI just colored my hair with my recently received color set and something was terribly wrong this time. The color and developer did not mix properly and the color wouldn’t hardly come out of the bottle. It was thick and lots of product settled at the bottom of the bottle in a thick goop. As a result my color was not good, the grays and root color on top are still visible. First time this has ever happened. THANK YOU eSalon!!!I have to say after taking the color quiz and stating what I needed, my current black had no dimension, looked inky and unnatural, my colorist found the perfect, I say perfect shade of black for me!! It completely covered all my grays, it looks so natural, more like my natural very dark brown, and my hair looks and feels so healthy!! The shade of black really complements my complexion and don’t need extra heavy eye makeup with this shade of black! Happy&SatisfiedIt was my second order and I wanted to try something a bit different. My new shade is just perfect and met all my expectations. The box and products look so personal and I felt much more appreciated than in a salon. Furthermore now I have self-confidence I can take care for my colour by myself. color faded fastI liked the results initially, but then a few days later noticed one spot looked a bit lighter. Less than a week later, I noticed some of the color had already washed away - and I could see grey streaks coming through! I followed instructions to the T.
