Brilliant!I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of using esalon. The colour was exact to what I needed, which was amazing. The pack included shampoo/conditioner & colour guard/remover, everything I needed to colour my hair stress free. The colour was very gently. I would highly recommend esalon. Ruined my hairYou are told your hair photos are sent to a colourist which is a lot of rubbish . I have emailed you several times . Encantada con el servicio y el color¡Me encantó esta nueva experiencia! -la comunicación y atención personalizada al cliente; la rapidez y el detallado servicio de entrega; la experiencia de los coloristas para atender cambios, ajustes o necesidades; y la calidad de los productos-. Satisfecha con el nuevo color recomendado y el tono parejo.
