Love it!Color match is terrific! Watch the how to videos. This time great! First time I didn’t use enough product. Hard to see by myself without glasses. Watched the videos. Applied enough product! New formulaRecently esalon has gone through some changes and they all have been for the better. The new color formula is so much smoother, less potent smelling, and comes out SO much better in the shower. The new shampoo and conditioner also works so much better. I love my esalon experinceThis is my first time using this product and I was really worried that they were going to not get it right but they did an Amazing job the color came out perfect and they sent me enough product to really make sure you get that full coverage . My Hair is So Shiny with More BounceI really love this product and like that we get to color match our hair ourselves. My only issue is that my gray is a lighter brown once colored -- but I can deal with that, it is not gray! While it is wonderful to get rid of the gray roots, your color products seem to really care for my hair. My hair has not felt this way since around 2008 -- way before I started coloring my roots. beautiful colorthis is the first time I had used e-dalon. So happy I tried. The roots were a bit dark and the all over color was beautiful. They are trying the roots with a shade lighter this month.
