If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Very unsure about this productI was very much on the fence about this type of service, but I thought I would give it a try at least once, because red hair can be difficult to do if not the right blend of colour. The delivery was not good for me ( it took to long) but the colour is smack on, I love the red and copper tones in it. Shiny BlondeI found this product easy to use,and it left my hair soft and Shiny. I have found that the colour has not held as long on my roots.But on saying that I wash my hair every other day. Complete color missI have been coloring my mousy light brown hair a vibrant light to medium red with violet under tones for two years now. I’ve used all methods from box kits at Walmart, crazy expensive salons, and yes even eSalon. I really want to use eSalon but for some reason each time I try the colorist continues to give me a brown shade. I am Not wanting red undertones on a brown base. I include updated photos of my current hair along with the photos I am hoping to attain without returning to my salon. Alas it was another miss. Wrong ColorMy choice was too light. Product failed to cover stubborn grays. I need help from ESalon. The order before did a great job but when that one wore out the top of my head was pinkish/purple. Unhappy with resultI had better hair color from the grocery store. I colored my hair 2 days later my gray was showing. Colored it again when my next order came followed the instructions carefully same result.
