Hair dried out, like straw and dullTo Whom It May Concern: I don't know if there was a change to the formula this time, but my hair is so dry it feels like straw. I left the color on for 30 minutes as usual. If you could please give me some guidance as to how I can remedy this. I am an otherwise very happy eSalon customer and want to stay with this service. If you could send me some advice as to what to do with this very dry and now dull hair I'd be grateful. My scalp is also a little 'burny' i.e., it tingles and feels a bit hot. FYI, shortly after I started using the product it began frothing and foaming out of the applicator bottle. I should have photographed it but thought it was just that I'd shaken too vigorously. I use a dish and applicator brush so squeeze the dye into the dish as I need it--not all at once, but in increments. Thank you, Yvette 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. FabulousThe color was spot on and the grey coverage was amazing, the step by step instructions were also very helpful, I would recommend this product to all those who have had trouble covering their greys, I will re order when i need this again.
