Not for meI do love how they supply a couple pairs of gloves and remover, etc in the kit. I usually have all that, but it’s nice that comes with it. I’ve been dying my hair for a long time and was excited to try this because of all of the positive reviews. However, I did not have a good experience. Right off the bat the bottle began leaking after I mix everything together. It was on right, it just didn’t seal good. Long story short, my color ended up being too dark. Leaked during shippingI’ve ordered for over a year and have not had any issues with my product. This time the outside of the box clearly showed the dye had leaked. It was more than half empty and was all over the inside of the box. It didn’t appear there was any shipping damage, but that the cap wasn’t on securely. The nice thing is that when I called, eSalon was very easy to deal with to get a replacement. They said they were also refunding me the cost. Awful grey coverage and hot roots.I specifically asked to go darker on my roots and assumed the color would have done that. Nope! No grey coverage and hot roots!!!! Meine erste Farbe von eSalonIch habe zum ersten Mal meine Haare zu Hause gefärbt. Ich muss sagen, dass es bei meinen Haaren nicht so einfach ist, eine perfekte Grauabdeckung hin zu bekommen. Ich hatte auch etwas Bedenken. Aber nachdem ich die Farbe aufgetragen habe und meine Haare getrocknet habe, war ich total zufrieden. Kein Gelbstich, perfekte Farbe gefunden.
