Personal ColorIt is so cute how your color comes in a cute box, it is labeled with your name on it. Everything you need is in there, I hadn't colored my own hair in years, but with the shelter in place I had no choice. I did not want to damage my hair, I am thankful for eSalon! I did not feel alone in this anymore! My first color I was very conservative I think just dark brunette. Now I have gone a little lighter. Amazing Custom ColorI was terrified to dye my own hair and because of the pandemic I finally decided it was time. I have grey hair to cover and my red hair was really washed out. I received a base color and an ends color, and it was super easy to blend and apply. I was shocked at how amazing it turned out and may never go back to the salon! 54 orders later and still happyI have used esalon since 2014. I've made a few color modifications (mostly because I felt like a change) and am still happy! One time I received product that had exploded while being mailed and they were great about it and sent me another one at no charge. I was impressed because it was not their fault that happened. LOVE LOVE LOVEThe first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for! Mind Blown!Brought this and thought I’d give it a try. Wanted to go from cool blonde to brunette and look as natural yet flattering as possible. Sent my pic and the stylist choose the perfect brunette for me. Received the kit in the cutest package and was amazed at how beautiful my color came out. My hair was so hydrated despite it being dry from processing blonde before. It looked professionally done and everyone around me said the same thing! ExcellentOrdered this product as lockdown started . Key worker so never had a chance to use until this week . I love it. Perfect colour and exact to what I was looking for . Was a little nervous but I love the grey coverage of which I needed plenty. The box contains all you need .
