Perfect matchI asked for my color to be changed and the change made was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for and I'm so happy with the color. 1st time useI love the colour and the way it makes my hair look. The problem I had was my gray hair wasn't completely covered. I followed the instructions and I am wondering should I leave it on longer than 30 minutes? I will give it one more try and see what happens. SHIPPING ISSUES!I ordered this product on 4/10 it is now the 15 and the package is still setting at the mail facility how long do I have to wait?
