This is simply the best at home hair color ever!I have never had a more natural looking color, or a hair color kit, that left my hair actually feeling healthier than before coloring. The color is perfect, and everyone asks "That's your natural hair color, isn't it?". My reply? "It was when I was 30. I've gone almost completely grey now, but eSalon actually managed to formulate my exact haircolor and cover my greys!" I recommend eSalon to everyone who asks. And the customer service can't be beat! I’ve saved $100’sI have been a customer for several years and would never dream of canceling. Perfect color per Friends and RelativesEveryone loves the color that I’m getting from e-Salon. Most don’t believe how easy it was. Most don’t believe that I’m not going to a precessional salon. No embarrassing rootsI haven't colored my hair in at least 6 years, probably 10 for two reasons. One, the salon cost $100 after tip and my roots were back in so soon - I hated the skunk look, which seemed to last longer than the new color. Secondly, I started to do it myself with box color from the stores, and the look after two weeks was awful, different shades and it seemed to just never match. For the first time, and I waited a few weeks before writing this review, there is no root discolor, or basically eSalon gave me a perfect match. Thank you eSalon for such a great match! I chose the semi permanent because as the grays come in they seem more natural and blended as if I wasn't coloring my hair at all. I also think that it is gentler on my baby fine hair. Color faded quicklyFive weeks after I used the second application (the new adjusted color) I noticed a small section of my gray hair was already faded. Not just the roots but the entire piece. Since I have already received the 3rd shipment, I will use the product once more, but I would like to cancel my subscription as of now.
