OMG, I LOVE THIS!I wasn't sure at first. I didn't know what to expect, would the color be right?, would my hair fall out? lol, none of the above. What I got was the best coloring I've ever received box or salon visit. The color selection was spot on it looks so natural and healthy, you know how sometimes when you've colored you can't wait to wash it once to have the color settle in because it looks like it's just sitting on top your hair, it's ready to wear as soon as you finish coloring it and blow it out. I can't get over how well the color matched, what a terrific long lasting shine there is in my hair and how soft and easy it is to style, I am very happy. I have some grey, not a lot, so the only problem I had was my gray came back sooner then it should have but that's my fault because it was my first time using the color I think I washed it out sooner than I should have. Waste of money - should've stuck with L'Oréal!Colour was a terrible mousy brown with brassy tone instead of the cool medium blonde with pearl tone that it was meant to be. Had fix it with L'Oréal cool tone colour which did a brilliant job and gave me the cool ash tone I wanted, clearly something esalon couldn't deliver and why I will be sticking with L'Oréal as I should've done in the first place. DisappointingNot the vibrant copper I had hoped for, and further faded after a few washes. The packaging suggested part of the colour was a free gift, which is wrong as I paid for all over colour. Dryer out my hair, level 10 color now a 7I wanted to tone down my blond, the tube said light blond, my hair is now brown. I am so confused what the hell happened.
