Great hair colorThis is an amazing product. The color is rich and the texture of my hair is shiny and soft. I just have to master technique so that I can apply it like a professional. Very Impressed!I have to say I'm very impressed with the product and the overall experience! I have been going to salons my whole life, but due to this pandemic I couldn't so I decided to try eSalon. I have very dark hair, almost black, and have been dyeing them red for around ten years. So, as you can imagine, I was a bit worried of having to go lighter by myself at home (we've all seen the videos). The order part, with the survey and everything, was very easy to use. I clearly stated the color I wanted to achieve and the one I was starting from. The package arrived in less than a week with absolutely everything I needed. They sent me two colors (the second one was free, yay!) one for the roots and one for the ends. Everything went smoothly with the application and the final result was gorgeous!! My hair was even much much softer than before I dyed them (which was a concern of mine): again, I am really really impressed. Fantastic colourI was very impressed with my first time order. Colour was perfect and the extra bottle in lighter shade for my roots was a surprise and made my hair look like I've been to the salon.
