Didn’t send what I ordered!I’m a redhead or at least I was until I went gray. I ordered a color that I thought would give me back my red hair. eSalon decided, sight unseen, that I needed a color that was different from the one I ordered. I used that color today and I hate it! It really didn’t cover the gray. It’s not really red and my roots are pink. Did I say I hate it bc I really really hate it! Now I don’t know what to do. Sehr gutIch habe meine Haare heute zum erstenmal mit dieser Farbe gefärbt, das Ergebnis ist sehr schön.Das Haar fühlt sich auch sehr gut an. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und schön verpackt. Great idea for personalised colour.It is a lovely idea as you can get hair colour adjusted for you and delivered to your door. Nice and easy way to use. However the colour is not holding on my hair for long and it washes away. Also shampoo added contains SLS.
