Leider nichts für michDer Kundenservice hat auf meine Kritik super und schnell reagiert. Die Produkte, Pflege, Verpackung, Anleitung usw. waren große Klasse. Wirklich gut gemacht. Nur leider wurde mein Haar nicht - wie gedacht - heller. Ich habe mich nun für eine Aufhellung eines anderen Anbieters entschieden. Trotzdem; probiert es aus, ich habe es auf jeden Fall nicht bereut. Perfect!I had my original colour, which was great but not quite right so when my next order was due i asked for it to be tweaked a little and I have to say the result was spot on! Die Farbe ist sehr schönIch habe den Ansatz gemacht und nach Ablauf der Zeit den restlichen Inhalt mit Wasser gemischt und in die Längen und Spitzen Verteilt nach weiteren 3 Minuten habe ich alles ausgewaschen .
