ChocolateMy new color which turned out better than expected by simply sending a picture worked out beautifully and I am thrilled. Great color but ...I love the way my hair looks after using the personalized color but now that I've ordered a new shade I'm starting to wonder if they are actually hair stylists. They only ever send 20 vol developer and since I went darker the roots ends color definitely should have come with 10 vol or less to better save the integrity of my hair.
