So nervous......I put off coloring my hair with the Covid but last week , decided I had to do something. My hair was a mess! I was so nervous but it was easy and it made my hair look SO BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely PerfectI loved every bit of this product. From the box it comes in with your name on it. Personally sent for me. I chose a light brown color at first and talked to my stylest Jennifer and came up with a medium Golden brown. The smell of the product was so good. No ammonia smell at all. Easy to work with, great rich color.I didn't expect much for my trial attempt with e-salon's product. However I was very pleased! The color is rich and professional and easy to use. Everything i need comes in the shipment. Next time I've requested just a wee bit more of vibrant violet in the color, The phone colorists have all been great to work with and to modify per my requested preferences. Very pleased with my first orderI am very pleased with my first Custom Color Set. The color is exactly what I expected, It covered my grays well and has not dried my hair at all like store bought hair color. It smelled great, and the color has beautiful gold highlights when the light hits it. Best of all, it is a lot less expensive than the salon. The videos are very helpful. Great match!I have never colored my hair myself and was so worried about the color match. I have dark brown hair and do not like the 'red' tone that comes through with some brown colors. This was actually a perfect match, no reds. My husband said the color was better match to my natural color than my expensive hair stylist! Changed my life!Nothing ruins my day more than a “bad hair day” so you can only imagine how I felt after 9 weeks. I tried box color for the first time ever and won’t be doing that again. My eSalon color came, I am so happy! I can’t stop looking in the mirror! My hair looks great, I have told everyone and did a drive by to show it to my cousin.
